Early on in my "career" I made a picture called Stasis, but Ive grown a bit since then. This is a bit of an homage to that. Yes, its the same picture as in Openform - Addicted.

Self Improvement

This piece was done for the
ArtPolitic release "Body Modification".
People generally dont see the connection, Ive found so Ill breifly try to point it out.
Some people change their bodies because they are unhappy with themselves, unhappy with life, and think that changing their outsides will brighten their insides.
And perhaps this is the same reasoning of someone who commits suicide. Perhaps they feel like a little body modification is all they need to feel happy again.
Im just exploring an area for some thought.
